Speaker: Giovanni Roselli

Cognition allows for the acquisition of knowledge and understanding through sensory input, experience, and thought. We'll discuss four specific aspects of cognition - memory, attention, processing speed, and executive functioning, and how optimizing these in your meetings and educational sessions can improve attendees' adoption and retention of information presented. There are various theories of aging that hypothesize how the brain changes with age due to various structural, functional and neurobiological mechanisms. Learn about the latest trends and research of brain training, and how you can incorporate cognitive awareness and focus into your meetings and events.

  • How to increase cognitive brain optimization in meetings and events
  • Learn strategies that can be implemented specifically for meetings and events
  • Understand the differences between training for memory, attention, processing speed, and executive functioning and why this is important
