All Planners and Suppliers must register for both MPI SEC 2015 and MPI SEC Appointment Show powered by XSITE events in order to attend MPI SEC Appointment Show powered by XSITE.

Meeting Planners

Meeting planners from all market segments: association, government, corporate, academia, independent planners, AMC’s, and third party site selection specialists.

If interested in becoming a Hosted Buyer, Planners must register through XSITE at www.xsiteshow.com and complete the requested profile information. You will be notified within 2 business days if you have qualified. Qualification includes your $285 SEC full conference registration fee paid for you and participation in all SEC events.

All Planners who complete their appointments also receive a $100 American Express Gift Card at the conclusion of the tradeshow.

Planners who do not qualify may still register for SEC at the prevailing registration fees.
Hotel reservations are NOT included and must be arranged and paid for by the Planner.

Suppliers

All organizations providing services to these planners are invited to exhibit, such as: hotels, resorts, CVB’s, AV providers, technology solutions, DMC’s, décor companies, promotional items, transportation providers, etc.

The cost is $1,400 for 1 representative to participate in up to 15 pre-qualified face-to-face appointments and attend the Thursday evening VIP Connection Reception.

Suppliers participating in MPI SEC Appointment Show powered by XSITE must also register for SEC and pay the prevailing registration rates.

Hotel reservations are NOT included and must be arranged and paid for by the Supplier.
