The safety of our attendees is first and foremost.  XSITE will follow CDC Guidelines in place at the time our events operate to ensure an environment of safety and healthy best practices while allowing you to conduct business in a productive format. 

Social Distancing – The educational sessions and food & beverage functions will be setup to allow prevailing distancing requirements.   Revised configurations will be created to distance planners and suppliers during their one on one appointments.

Facemasks – Should facemasks be required at the time of our event, they will be provided with our compliments.

Hand Sanitizer – Sanitizing stations will be setup throughout the event space and individual sanitizers will be distributed to all attendees.

Food & Beverage – The Planner Luncheon will be plated and served.  Breaks and hors d’oeuvres will be served by event staff and bar service will maintain proper line ques to avoid crowding.

Adjustments will be made as needed based on CDC recommendations.
