We Qualify Our Planners
XSITE obtains full profiles and reviews all planner applications to ensure you are meeting with Planners with real business and the ability to make or influence buying decisions. Every Supplier receives a valuable full profile on every Planner regardless of whether you have a scheduled appointment with them.
Cost for Suppliers: Atlantic City – $1,250 (Open for Registration)
Planners from all market segments, AMC’s, independents, and third parties will meet with you to discuss their meeting and event needs.
Win an iPad Mini: We encourage you to ‘Invite’ other suppliers when prompted. Refer the most confirmed suppliers and win! The iPad mini will be awarded on-site during the show.
You’ll receive up to 15 eight minute appointments with Planners looking to do business with you. XSITE is a smart investment of your time and marketing dollars. Our reverse format has the Planners seated and you moving between appointments. No need to bring booths and bulky collateral.
XSITE provides a number of opportunities for you to make informal connections, including our Planner Lounge. And, we have sponsorship opportunities allowing you to increase your exposure and promote your brand to XSITE buyers.
