New in 2014 – We’re doing a Reverse Trade Show. In 2014, our valued Meeting Planners will be seated and the Suppliers will do the walking between appointments. It’s the newest trend in tradeshows and we’re pleased to be the first to introduce it to Tallahassee. You’ll interact face to face with Florida’s top industry suppliers (hotels, resorts, CVB’s, support services). Our matching software allows you to request suppliers that specifically meet the needs of your organization.

New in 2014 – Our show is fast-paced and productive and we want to make sure you enjoy the creative food and libations so we’ll have our XSITE Team offering drinks and hors d’oeuvres at your table during your appointments. You won’t skip a beat!

New in 2014 – More networking opportunities. We’re starting off with a Planner Luncheon at Noon with topical information and an opportunity to mingle with your peers. And, midway through the show we’re creating a 30 minute Reception so you can catch up with our valued Suppliers.

Continuing Education – North Florida MPI has created educational sessions with Tallahassee meeting planners in mind. You’ll hear from meeting industry experts on topics designed to give you the most current resources to enable you to manage your events successfully. CEU credits will be available toward your CMP certification.

New in 2014 – We’re increasing the number of appointments from 12 to 15 allowing Planners and Suppliers the opportunity to do more business. And, we’re reversing the show format with Planners seated and Suppliers rotating between appointments. XSITE is a smart investment of your time with three days of quality appointments in three hours.

New in 2014 – The Planner Lounge – We know they’ll be a few Planner no-shows and we know from our inaugural event that we’ll have Planners attempt to register after our deadline that don’t make it into the matching process. In 2014, we’ll take those late registrants and bring them to the Planner Lounge. If you find you have an open appointment, just visit this area for an informal, non-scheduled appointment.

New in 2014 – Mid-way through the show, we’re scheduling a reception to allow everyone to mingle, connect, and network informally before getting back to the appointments.

New in 2014 – The CEU Educational Breakouts are back and now open to Suppliers as well, on a space available basis, once the Planners are seated.

Qualified Planners – All planners will be pre-qualified to ensure they participate in their organization’s decision-making process for meeting services. You’ll have up to 15 valuable appointments with association, government, independent, AMC, and third party meeting planners from across the region and around the state.

Planner Profiles – Each supplier receives a complete profile on every planner attending XSITE. You’ll be able to request specific appointments and use them as a resource for follow up after the show.
